Wanted to give negative markings for rating but option isn't given by Google.. now coming to point why so... I ordered few test for my mother and the tests were told to be reported and report to be delivered by evening ( same day) rather while taking samples they said it was a three hour job.. went there next day reports weren't ready and we had to visit doctor next day and had to cancel our appointment at Apollo Delhi.. now comes day 3 since giving blood samples.. still these people giving lame excuse of fault by IT department.. which I guess they have mentioned in lot many previous review replies.. and we get report by 3rd of samples.. so the scenario here is even worse than other non corporate path labs... And to tell you this happened to me despite of me being a doctor myself.. so consult the plight of other people who aren't so well versed with medical profession..

Highly unprofessional and unreliable!!! Worst part is when you complain to SRL, they completely disown them saying that you should talk to the franchisee directly. Better opt for Dr. Lal path lab just a few 100 meters away.

Fake lab in Rajnagar extension owner is very bad attitude and third class reports result Don’t use SRL lab for your test please visit other outlets don’t visit to this location
